Description

This is an International Water Association conference that will focus on economic, financial and statistical aspects of water and sanitation. This conference aims to make a contribution to the transfer of knowledge from research to practice covering the entire water cycle, ultimately influencing major policy decisions. Delegates will have the opportunity to debate a number of issues such as, how utilities are financed, the variety of water tariff structures, measuring of performance, national and regional water industry statistics, water facts, regulations, updating abstraction, consumption and water charging figures and valuing benefits from improved water quality.
