Minnow-02 Minnow-02

Latin name Phoxinus phoxinus. A common species found thoughout almost the whole of Europe and northern Asia. It is widely used by anglers as bait and in laboratories for experimentation. They are a gregarious fish swimming in shoals of up to a hundred and feeding on freshwater invertebrates.
